How many times have you found that an IT company hasnt come up to scratch with your needs. I've lived in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk for a considerable number of years and have worked for several companies in both Norfolk and Suffolk, including Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich.

Ive worked as and IT consultant, IT Manager, IT Administrator for Companies in Norwich, Norfolk, Great Yarmouth in Norfolk and Lowestoft in Suffolk, but have found that IT support in Norfolk, computer support in Norfolk , IT Support Suffolk and Computer support in suffolk, have never seemed to offer an end to end service at a low cost and also a reliable service you can fully trust.

After mullling over the idea for a good few years my partner and I decided to setup a new consultancy company based out of Great Yarmouth in Norfolk. we've been working a while on our website for IT-C Support Solutions and are now finally at a stage of being able to launch services, hopefully we will fill that missing space and provide places like Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft and Norwich in Norfolk and Suffolk with a reliable low cost computer support and IT support Service.

The company was registered by my partner on the 14th October 2009, and she was quite surprised how easy it was to get a limited company registered and established, not wanting to use Accountants and solicitors etc, she went through one of the online registration agencies out there. The company was registered, with its head office based in Gorleston near Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, just outside Lowestoft in Suffolk. The main focus of the company or idea was to provide computer support Norfolk, IT support Norfolk and solutions to companies all across east anglia covering Norfolk, Suffolk and part of Essex.

The process of registering the company was extremely straight forward and quick and within an matter of days, the company was live, my partner then started providing a few basic support services. I then later left my employer and joined the business. Ive now taken over the development of the website and we’re now offering a host of services including remote IT support, onsite support services, regular maintenance visits to correct problems that can’t be corrected remotely along with hardware purchasing services and supply, internet services and hosting along with website and software development. The aim is to provide an all encompassing one stop shop IT solutions company in Norfolk, whilst also providing services to Suffolk. And to give companies a reliable company they can all upon and be confident they are getting a reliable and robust solution to their problems.
